The Scorecard feature in Whatsdash helps you track key business metrics in one clean, automated summary. It’s designed to give clients and teams a quick snapshot of performance, trends, and changes—delivered directly to Email or Slack on a schedule. This page explains each section of the Scorecard setup and how it helps clients make better decisions.
Scorecard Name
This field lets you name your scorecard (e.g., Marketing Performance, Sales Daily Report).

Select Metrics to Create Scorecard
Choose the metrics you want to track in the scorecard. Examples include:
- Event Count
- Event Count per User
- Impressions
- Leads, Revenue, Visitors, Contacts (from connected tools)

- Combines data from multiple platforms into one view

Add Metrics Button
Allows you to add more metrics to the same scorecard.

Data Preview
The right panel displays a static demo preview of how your scorecard will appear when it is delivered to Email or Slack. This preview is for visualization purposes only and helps you understand the final layout and format of the scorecard.
- Metric value - Example numbers showing how each metric will be displayed
- Data source - Sample sources like Salesforce, Google Analytics, or HubSpot
- Percentage change - Demo indicators showing increase or decrease compared to the previous period
